Summary: House was nice and clean. The owner responded right away each time I contacted him. The only issue we really had was that the house wasn't as close to the City as we thought. The bus went right to Times Square, but it took sometimes up to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Didn't consider the traffic, but that was my fault. Other than that, no complaints.

Summary: I have been Using this App for years, so I some experience and expectations already. Overall it was ok. The check in was delayed for almost an hour because the owner sent us wrong info and could not be reached for some time. Never received some accommodation to fix the issue like a Later check out past the VERY EARLY check out. The property inside was Good, Not great. Parking was a little issue because although it's is listed as a house, the owner rents the basement and a Trailer in the back yard. Which was a a surprise because we have to share the VERY small drive way. Also the hot tub was nice but only one renter can use it, which is weird because it's attached to the house and you can look out the window and everyone can see You. Like I said it was OK, but I have had better experience
